About the Role
The Unit Manager, RN serves as the clinical leader for our skilled rehab unit. In this role, you will oversee daily clinical operations, ensuring the highest standards of care for our residents. You will supervise nurses and CNAs, serve as a vital liaison with physicians, manage quality improvement reporting, and provide expert clinical guidance to the team as needed.
This position is designed for those who thrive in a fast-paced environment caring for acute patients. Typical hours are Monday through Friday during the day shift, with some weekend and on-call duties required to support our residents' needs.
