About the Role

This position is based at the UCHealth Highlands Ranch Hospital in the Operating Room department. As a Registered Nurse First Assistant (RNFA), you will provide top-of-scope practice in direct patient care, utilizing the nursing process to deliver evidence-based care in perioperative, PACU, or Operating Room settings.

You will join a fast-paced, innovative clinical environment where you prioritize wellness and the patient perspective. A key part of your day involves modeling proficiency by precepting those new to healthcare or UCHealth, while contributing to safety and quality at the point of care. Clinical Educators will support you with individualized specialty education and training to ensure competency validation throughout your orientation, adhering to AORN and ABPANC core curriculum standards.
