In this capacity, you will collaborate closely with the accountable manager to drive unit goals and performance improvement activities. The supervisor acts as a key liaison between nursing staff, physicians, patients, and families, ensuring clear communication and collaboration to optimize patient outcomes. A core aspect of the role involves managing the operational and fiscal health of the unit, including staffing, scheduling, resource allocation, and communication, while maintaining adherence to healthcare regulations, hospital policies, and accreditation standards.

Location and Schedule
This position is based at Building B - St Marys Medical Center. The role operates on a Day Rotation shift schedule with varying start and end times, totaling 80 hours per pay period (1.0 FTE).

Requirements
