The Manager of Invasive Cardiology oversees the performance, daily operations, programs, and activities of the Cath Lab and EP Lab, ensuring alignment with Senior Leadership's objectives. This role provides departmental leadership to clinical and operations staff, establishing objectives to accomplish departmental and health system goals. The position is responsible for operating within budget parameters, managing financial resources including budget development and capital budgeting, and ensuring processes are efficient and effective in meeting department goals and customer expectations.
