Medical City Healthcare is seeking an RN Supervisor to lead nursing teams within our Healthcare & Medical Services department. This pivotal role exists to bridge clinical excellence with operational efficiency, ensuring that patient care delivery consistently adheres to the highest standards of safety and regulatory compliance.
As the on-site nursing leader, you will serve as a vital link between physicians, interdisciplinary teams, and the nursing staff. Your day will involve coordinating complex staffing schedules to maintain safe nurse-to-patient ratios while mentoring RNs to foster a culture of continuous improvement. You will guide the team through quality and safety initiatives, resolve escalated patient or family concerns, and drive process improvements that enhance the overall patient experience in our fast-paced hospital environment.
