About the Role
Medical City Healthcare is seeking an RN Supervisor to lead nursing teams within our Healthcare & Medical Services department. This pivotal role exists to ensure the seamless delivery of high-quality patient care while maintaining the highest standards of clinical excellence and regulatory compliance.
In this fast-paced hospital environment, you will serve as the bridge between clinical practice and administrative oversight. Your day will involve coordinating with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to refine care plans, while simultaneously mentoring RNs to foster a culture of safety and continuous improvement. As the on-site nursing leader, you will guide the resolution of escalated patient or family concerns and drive initiatives that enhance the overall patient experience.
