About the Role
This position serves as the cornerstone for integrating new talent into our nursing workforce. You will deliver and coordinate the standardized new hire Nursing orientation program for both licensed and unlicensed coworkers. Beyond execution, you are responsible for developing and updating the core curriculum to ensure it remains aligned with evidence-based practices, directly influencing the quality of patient care delivery.
