Located at The Sanctuary - Regional Cancer Center in Fort Myers, this position is part of the Oncology Outpatient department. You will be responsible for the safe delivery and documentation of patient care through the nursing process of assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation. Your practice will be guided by the Code of Ethics for Nurses and aligned with the Florida Nurse Practice Act and other regulatory standards.
In this role, you will utilize critical thinking, management, and problem-solving skills to differentiate urgency while functioning as a clinician, teacher, researcher, leader, and professional development resource. You will direct and coordinate nursing care for patients, collaborating with other professional disciplines to ensure effective patient care delivery and the achievement of desired outcomes. The position requires integrating knowledge of patient age and cultural diversity into care provision, contributing to quality nursing care through excellence in customer service and performance improvement techniques.
Qualified candidates may be eligible for a $10,000 relocation bonus and a $1,800 per month housing stipend for three months.
