We are seeking an experienced and organized Registered Nurse to oversee and coordinate our Pulmonary Program. This role is designed for an RN who thrives on leadership, interdisciplinary collaboration, and education. You will provide advanced clinical support to residents with respiratory and pulmonary needs, ensuring they receive the highest quality of care.
In this position, you will partner with physicians, respiratory providers, therapy teams, and nursing staff to coordinate care plans and monitor resident progress. Beyond clinical duties, you will support the education of staff regarding pulmonary best practices and participate in quality improvement initiatives.
