About the Role
We are seeking an LPN or RN to join our clinic as a vital member of our care team. In this role, you will deliver professional nursing care under the direction of providers, serving as a key communicator between physicians, healthcare team members, and patients. Your day will involve administering prescribed medications and treatments, preparing equipment for procedures, and conducting nursing assessments including taking vitals and obtaining health histories. You will also play a crucial role in patient education regarding diagnostics, medications, and wellness, while ensuring the efficient flow of patients through the clinic and maintaining the cleanliness and readiness of exam rooms.

Key Responsibilities
- check_circleAdminister prescribed medications and treatments in accordance with nursing standards
- check_circlePerform general nursing care and coordinate patient care activities for the clinic
- check_circleRespond to patient phone calls with appropriate input from the physician
- check_circleAssure appropriate labeling of pathology specimens and maintain lab testing quality control records
- check_circleScreen patients by obtaining health history, taking vitals, and conducting nursing assessments
- check_circleEducate patients and families about diagnostic processes, medications, and wellness maintenance
- check_circleDocument patient information in charts and instruct patients on sample collection and tests
- check_circleMaintain exam room cleanliness and manage necessary medical supplies and materials
- check_circlePrepare equipment and assist providers during procedures, treatments, and examinations
- check_circleObserve, record, and report patient conditions and reactions to drugs to the provider
Requirements
- verifiedActive RN license in state of practice
- verifiedCCMA (NHA) with diploma or one year experience
- verifiedCMA (AAMA) certification
- verifiedRMA (AMT) certification
