The Registered Nurse (RN) serves as the cornerstone of patient care, responsible for identifying patient needs and establishing care priorities through comprehensive assessment. In this role, you will plan and delegate care tailored to individual patient requirements, ensuring that every action aligns with clinical best practices. You will be accountable for the outcomes of patient care delivered during your assigned shift, evaluating patient responses to interventions and tracking progress toward expected health outcomes.
We welcome new graduates and experienced professionals alike. For new graduates, our Nurse Residency Program offers a structured transition from student to professional nurse, supported by an on-campus training center and a Clinical Ladder for professional development. The role requires Basic Life Support (BLS) certification by the end of orientation and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) within one year of hire.
