As a Registered Nurse (RN), you will be the cornerstone of patient care during your assigned shift. Your role involves identifying patient needs and priorities through comprehensive assessment, then planning and delegating care accordingly. You will be accountable for the outcomes of the care delivered, continuously evaluating the patient's response and their progress toward expected outcomes.
