The Registered Nurse (RN) serves as the primary architect of patient care during the assigned shift. This role involves identifying patient needs and priorities through comprehensive assessment, then planning and delegating care strategies tailored to those needs. The RN is accountable for the outcomes of all patient care delivered, continuously evaluating the patient's response to interventions and their progress toward expected health goals. This position is ideal for new graduates or experienced nurses seeking to apply their knowledge in a high-acuity setting with opportunities to grow through a dedicated Nurse Residency Program and Clinical Ladder.
