The RN Clinician is an experienced healthcare professional dedicated to delivering high-quality patient care for a specific population. In this role, you will leverage clinical knowledge, research, and experience to adapt to changing situations and personalize care based on the AACN Synergy Model for Patient Care.
You will serve as a vital resource for colleagues and a strong advocate for patients and their families. Your day-to-day involves delivering safe, effective, and independent nursing care, performing thorough assessments, and developing patient care plans that incorporate family input. Beyond direct care, you will engage in leadership and team collaboration, functioning in a developing leadership role that may include Charge Nurse responsibilities. You will also assist in orienting staff and students, while actively participating in quality improvement initiatives and professional growth to ensure organizational standards are met.
