About the Role
This position utilizes the nursing process to provide comprehensive patient care while maintaining professional accountability for assigned patients. You will evaluate the overall effectiveness of care provided by other direct caregivers and coordinate patient care in conjunction with other departments. Throughout your shift, you will uphold patient rights and ensure the confidentiality of patient information, performing all duties in a manner consistent with Mercy's mission, values, and service standards.
