About the Role

You will join a dynamic team at the UCHealth Anschutz Inpatient Pavilion, specifically within the Operating Room (OR) department. This position offers the opportunity to provide top-of-scope practice in direct patient care, utilizing the nursing process to prioritize wellness, patient perspectives, and evidence-based practice.

As a member of this multidisciplinary team, you will value collaboration to achieve exceptional outcomes while contributing to safety and quality at the point of care. The role involves direct care in Perioperative, PACU, or Operating Room levels, adhering to AORN and ABPANC core curriculum standards. You will work in a fast-paced, innovative clinical environment where you are encouraged to welcome new knowledge and model proficiency by precepting those new to healthcare or UCHealth. Clinical Educators will support and guide your individualized specialty education and training throughout your clinical orientation.
