About the Role

You will join a dynamic team at the UCHealth Anschutz Inpatient Pavilion, specifically within the Operating Room (OR) AIP department. This full-time, day-shift position focuses on providing top-of-scope practice in direct patient care within Perioperative, PACU, or Operating Room settings. You will utilize the nursing process to prioritize wellness, patient perspectives, and evidence-based practice in a fast-paced, innovative clinical environment.

As a member of this multidisciplinary team, you will value collaboration to achieve exceptional outcomes and contribute to securing safety and quality at the point of care. The role includes opportunities to model proficiency by precepting those new to healthcare or UCHealth. Clinical Educators will support and guide your individualized specialty education and training, ensuring competency validation through AORN and ABPANC core curriculum standards during your orientation.
