This role is part of the dynamic OR Operating Room AIP team at the UCHealth Anschutz Inpatient Pavilion in Aurora, Colorado, where we prioritize wellness, a patient perspective, and evidence-based practice.
You will provide top-of-scope practice in direct patient care within a fast-paced, innovative clinical environment. This position focuses on Perioperative, PACU (Post Anesthesia Care Unit), or Operating Room levels of care. You will value a multidisciplinary team approach to achieve exceptional outcomes and contribute to securing safety and quality at the point of care.
As a member of this team, you will model proficiency by precepting those new to healthcare and/or UCHealth. You will welcome new knowledge and engage with AORN and ABPANC core curriculum and certifications standards as part of our evidence-based care models. Clinical Educators will support and guide your individualized specialty education and training for competency validation throughout your clinical orientation.
