We are seeking a PRN Registered Nurse to join our skilled nursing team. In this role, you will support residents across long-term care, memory care, and transitional rehabilitation. You will be part of a night shift team that works collaboratively to ensure seamless resident care, responding efficiently to changes in conditions and coordinating timely interventions.
