About the Role

You will join a dynamic team at the UCHealth Anschutz Inpatient Pavilion in Aurora, Colorado, serving the Operating Room (OR) department. This is a PRN (as needed) position working day shifts in an onsite capacity.

In this role, you will provide top-of-scope practice in direct patient care within the Perioperative, PACU, or Operating Room levels of care. You will value a multidisciplinary team approach to achieve exceptional outcomes, prioritizing wellness, a patient perspective, and evidence-based practice. The environment is fast-paced and innovative, welcoming new knowledge and contributions to secure safety and quality at the point of care.

Clinical Educators will support and guide you with individualized specialty education and training for competency validation throughout your clinical orientation. You will also model proficiency by precepting those new to healthcare and/or UCHealth, helping to integrate new team members into our standards of care.
