About the Role
As a Registered Nurse (RN) in our Community-Based Float Nurse program, you will provide skilled professional nursing care to assigned terminally ill patients in their place of residence. This role is designed for those who enjoy an autonomous way of providing healthcare to patients and their families within the community.
You will work in our East Territory, connecting and engaging with patients and families in a truly meaningful way. The position offers flexible scheduling and a strong work-life balance, allowing you to make a significant impact on the lives of those we serve.
