This position serves as a leader in the provision of patient care, operating within the framework of the Nurse Practice Act, the ANA Code for Nurses, and the Scope & Standards of Practice. The role is designed for those ready to assume accountability for quality patient outcomes while effectively delegating, directing, and assisting licensed and ancillary team members.
In this role, you will exhibit sensitivity to cultural, ethnic, and religious diversity in all interactions. You will maintain involvement in activities aimed at achieving unit and departmental strategic goals, demonstrating professional responsibility and supporting the company's philosophy of nursing.
