About the Role
As an RN Medical Telemetry nurse, you will be passionate about delivering patient-centered care. Your mission is to provide personalized, comprehensive, and compassionate care by collaborating with medical providers and the care team. You will act as an advocate for patients, families, and caregivers, embodying our vision and values to ensure outstanding patient experiences and positive clinical outcomes.
In this role, you will follow established nursing models such as "Assess, Perform, Teach, and Manage." Your day-to-day involves assessing patient conditions during admission and each shift, promptly identifying changes in status, and administering prescribed medications while monitoring for therapeutic responses. You will also educate patients and families about medical conditions and treatment plans, translating complex terminology to ensure complete understanding.
