About the Role

This position is located at UCHealth Memorial Hospital North in Colorado Springs, within the Medical Surgical North department. As a Registered Nurse on our dynamic team, you will provide top-of-scope practice in direct patient care, utilizing the nursing process to deliver exceptional outcomes. You will work in a fast-paced, innovative clinical environment on Acute Care (Med-Surg) units handling moderate to high patient acuity.

Your day will involve prioritizing wellness and a patient perspective while adhering to evidence-based practice models, including AMSN's core curriculum. You will value a multidisciplinary team approach and contribute to securing safety and quality at the point of care. The role includes opportunities to model proficiency by precepting those new to healthcare or UCHealth and welcoming new knowledge to continuously improve patient care.
