About the Role
This position is located at UCHealth Memorial Hospital North in Colorado Springs, within the Medical Surgical North department. You will join a dynamic team focused on providing top-of-scope practice in direct patient care within Acute Care (Med-Surg) units of moderate to high patient acuity.
In this role, you will value a multidisciplinary team approach to achieve exceptional outcomes, prioritizing wellness, a patient perspective, and evidence-based practice. The environment is fast-paced and innovative, welcoming new knowledge and requiring you to contribute to secure safety and quality at the point of care. You will model proficiency by precepting those new to healthcare and/or UCHealth. Clinical Educators will support and guide your individualized specialty education and training for competency validation throughout your clinical orientation, utilizing AMSN's core curriculum and various specialty certification standards.
This is an onsite role with a Days shift schedule. The position is PRN (as needed) with 0.00 hours per pay period.
