We are seeking an experienced LTC/Geriatric nurse to join our leadership team as an RN Nurse Manager at The Mount. This role is designed for a dedicated leader who values adequate staffing and exemplary patient care over the bottom line. You will hold responsibility, authority, and 24-hour accountability for the management of residents and all employees assigned to your units.
In this position, you will focus on mentoring, teaching, and validating care processes with your staff. We have structured this role specifically so you do not participate in admissions or care conferences, allowing you to focus entirely on leadership and team development. This is an ideal transition for a Director of Nursing in a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) seeking better work-life balance within a supportive, compassionate environment.
