This position serves as a vital leadership bridge within our Cardiovascular Services, ensuring the delivery of the highest quality patient care while maintaining efficient departmental operations. You will provide oversight of patient care processes, ensuring that high-performing staff adheres to professional nursing care standards. Beyond clinical supervision, you will manage the front office's support functions and clinical tasks to guarantee an accurate, efficient, and courteous patient experience.
In this role, you will collaborate closely with the Director, nursing leadership, and revenue cycle resources to oversee clinical practices for RN and MA staff. You will be instrumental in driving service line development, project management, and data analysis. Your day-to-day impact will be felt through the creation of smooth workflows, the promotion of job satisfaction, and the active mentoring of staff to ensure they meet metrics for both patient and staff experience. You will also work with contracted marketing teams to generate ideas for growth and collaborate with regulatory and infection prevention staff to ensure compliant operations.
