About the Role
As a Radiology Nurse within the Interventional Radiology department, you will provide direct patient care as a Registered Nurse. This role is designed to coordinate comprehensive care for patients, triage needs, and collaborate closely with clinic providers, residents, and staff. You will work with individual patients, their families, and care providers to develop and implement personalized health plans. The position requires effective communication with patient referral sources, facilitating appointments, coordinating transitions of care, and providing education on complex conditions.
