About the Role
We are seeking a full-time Registered Nurse to join our Infusion Clinic Float Pool team. This day shift position offers the unique opportunity to float between our four main locations: the Plaza, Lee's Summit, North Kansas City, and Overland Park.
In this role, you will utilize the nursing process within a hospital setting to deliver exceptional patient care. You will be responsible for coordinating care plans for a group of assigned patients, delegating tasks, and supervising other patient care staff. Success in this position requires strong time management, teamwork, and communication skills, as well as the ability to consult with the broader healthcare team to ensure optimal patient outcomes. While previous infusion experience is strongly preferred, we value the knowledge and expertise you bring to improve patient care.
