Kaiser Permanente is seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our Home Infusion team in Bellevue. In this per diem role, you will provide high-quality infusion therapy and patient education directly in the home setting. You will collaborate closely with physicians, pharmacists, and care teams to ensure safe, effective treatment for patients requiring complex care outside of a traditional facility.
This position exists to extend our commitment to patient-centered care into the comfort of patients' homes. As a Home Infusion RN, your day will involve assessing patient needs, managing IV access, administering medications, and monitoring responses to treatment. You will serve as a vital link in the care continuum, coordinating with healthcare teams to ensure seamless continuity and documenting patient progress with precision. The role demands strong clinical judgment and the ability to work independently while delivering compassionate care on a flexible schedule.
