This position serves as a critical bridge between medical expertise and public health communication. You will provide advanced clinical inquiry responses to consumers, educators, and medical professionals, leveraging deep subject matter expertise to address complex health-related questions. The role is designed for individuals who can navigate specialized databases, compose high-quality reports and correspondence, and document interactions with precision.
As a key contributor to the team, you will apply your clinical knowledge—specifically regarding CDC-related topics—to support public health initiatives. This is a remote opportunity requiring you to work independently while maintaining strong interpersonal and leadership skills to organize simultaneous tasks effectively.
To ensure seamless operations, this role requires a dedicated home office setup. You must have a private and secure work area with a hard-wired internet connection (Category 5 or 6 ethernet cable) to your router. Internet speeds must be at least 25 Mbps (50 Mbps for shared connectivity) with a minimum upload speed of 5 Mbps.
The position requires the use of your own personal computer or laptop running Windows 10/11 or supported macOS versions (Big Sur, Catalina, or Monterey). Tablets, iPads, and Chromebooks are not permitted. Additionally, you must possess a smartphone solely for logging into Maximus systems.
