This position serves as a critical bridge between complex health data and the public, providing advanced clinical inquiry responses to consumers, educators, and medical professionals. As a subject matter expert, you will leverage your medical background to navigate specialized databases, compose detailed reports, and document incoming inquiries with precision. The role is designed for individuals who thrive in an independent environment, requiring strong organizational skills to manage simultaneous tasks while maintaining high standards of communication and problem-solving.
This is a remote position requiring a dedicated home office setup. Candidates must provide their own personal computer or laptop (Windows 10/11 or Mac OS Big Sur/Catalina/Monterey); tablets and Chromebooks are not permitted. A secure, private work area with hard-wired internet connectivity (Category 5 or 6 ethernet) is mandatory, with a minimum download speed of 25 Mbps and upload speed of 5 Mbps.
