About the Role
As a Registered Nurse, you will assess and diagnose patient and family needs to provide quality care. You will develop and communicate a plan of care for each patient in collaboration with the patient, family, and significant others. Your role involves implementing medical plans of care, nursing interventions, and procedures using necessary skills and judgment. You will evaluate identified problems, care provided, and patient responses to ensure overall quality of care while maintaining up-to-date and accurate documentation of nursing care provided. You will also pursue professional growth and development, maintaining current knowledge, certification, and licensure per hospital policy.
Hiring Process & Eligibility
This position is a 12-month contract requiring full-time employment on the day shift (3 x 12 hours).
Bonus Eligibility:
- A $12,500 sign-on bonus and $3,000 relocation assistance are available for eligible external hires.
- AdventHealth in-house and facility transfers are NOT eligible for sign-on bonuses.
- Rehires who separated less than 12 months ago are NOT eligible.
