- Current BLS and/or ACLS and/or Specialty Certifications
- Two current clinical references
- Physical examination (within the last 12 months)
- TB Skin Test (within the last 12 months)
- Titers for MMR, Hepatitis B, and Varicella
- Respiratory Fit Test (within the last 12 months)
- Current Tdap and Flu vaccinations
Candidates must also be able to pass pre-employment, background, and urine drug screenings.
