About the Role
The Endoscopy Registered Nurse (RN) serves as a critical member of the care team, demonstrating advanced critical thinking, scientific judgment, and leadership. This role is centered on the anticipation and strategic planning required for patients undergoing diagnostic endoscopy procedures.
Working in close coordination with the broader Endoscopy team, the RN is responsible and accountable for the comprehensive planning, direction, and provision of nursing care. The position ensures that all patient care aligns with physician orders, recognized nursing techniques, established policies and procedures, and administrative standards.
