About the Role
As a Registered Endoscopy Nurse, you will be a vital part of our collaborative effort to give people a healthier tomorrow. You will utilize the nursing process to plan, execute, and evaluate care for surgical and GI patients during the intra-operative period, ensuring safe and effective treatment until the patient is transferred to recovery.
In this role, you will demonstrate expertise in surgical and GI procedures, overseeing instrument and equipment setup. You will coordinate and manage the room as the circulator, facilitate efficient transitions between procedures, and maintain preference cards. Your work directly supports our cutting-edge approach to patient care, which includes initiatives like SPOT Technology for earlier sepsis detection and enhanced surgical recovery programs that reduce opioid prescriptions and readmissions.
