You will join the Community Training Center within the Hospital and Health System (HSC), a dedicated hub for advancing clinical and non-clinical education. Our mission is to foster a culture of safety, quality, and continuous improvement across all operational components. We serve a diverse patient population spanning neonate, pediatric, adolescent, adult, and geriatric age groups, ensuring that every educational initiative aligns with our strategic goals and the highest standards of patient care.
As a Registered Nurse in the Community Training Center, you will serve as a vital link between clinical practice and professional development. This role is designed for a nurse who is passionate about education and committed to enhancing the skills of their peers. You will assess, plan, develop, implement, and evaluate educational programs that address identified practice gaps and learning needs.
Your day-to-day work involves collaborating with stakeholders to design curricula that integrate evidence-based practice and adult learning principles. You will act as a change agent, identifying solutions to barriers in learning and promoting a positive environment where staff feel empowered to question processes and actively participate in their own care. From coordinating instructional activities to analyzing program outcomes, you will ensure that our educational initiatives drive quality improvement and patient safety.
