About the Role

This Registered Nurse position serves as a pivotal educational resource, assessing, planning, developing, and evaluating programs for diverse patient populations ranging from neonates to geriatrics. The role is designed to bridge the gap between clinical practice and professional development, ensuring that staff are equipped with the latest evidence-based practices.

In this capacity, you will act as a change agent and consultant, collaborating with stakeholders to identify learning needs and design curricula that align with organizational strategic goals. You will implement educational initiatives utilizing adult learning principles, monitor outcomes, and drive quality improvement processes. The position requires a proactive approach to patient safety, encouraging active participation from patients and staff alike to maintain a safe and effective learning environment.

The hiring process involves reviewing qualifications against essential requirements, including a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Nursing and three years of directly related experience.
