This position is located at UCHealth Memorial Hospital North in Colorado Springs within the Medical Surgical North department. You will join a dynamic team providing top-of-scope practice in direct patient care on Acute Care (Med-Surg) units characterized by moderate to high patient acuity. The role prioritizes wellness, a patient perspective, and evidence-based practice within a fast-paced, innovative clinical environment.
You will value a multidisciplinary team approach to achieve exceptional outcomes and contribute to securing safety and quality at the point of care. The position includes opportunities to model proficiency by precepting those new to healthcare or UCHealth. Clinical Educators will support and guide your individualized specialty education and training, utilizing AMSN's core curriculum and various specialty certification standards to ensure competency validation throughout your clinical orientation.
This is an onsite role with a Days shift schedule. It is a PRN position with no hybrid or remote options available.
