About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic RN Critical Care Float Pool PRN to join our team. In this unique role, you will have the ability to "float" between several different areas across the nursing spectrum, adapting to diverse patient needs while maintaining a high standard of care. You will serve as a patient and family advocate, protecting privacy and confidentiality, while facilitating care through nursing assessments and diagnosis. This position offers a dynamic day-to-day environment where you can contribute to continuous improvement and work within a phenomenal team that values collaboration.
