About the Role

The Clinical Supervisor serves as a vital link between the Nursing Department Director and the bedside nursing team, ensuring the safe, high-quality delivery of patient care. In this role, you will lead daily shift operations, guiding the interdisciplinary team through effective resource management and human resource principles. You are expected to be a role model for clinical excellence, actively coaching staff to uphold professional standards while directly participating in patient care when needed.

From conducting patient experience rounds to managing complex clinical situations, you will ensure that every interaction aligns with recognized nursing standards, including the Patient Bill of Rights and Joint Commission regulations. As a primary responder to emergent events like Code Blue alerts, you will coordinate critical measures to sustain life while maintaining a focus on patient safety and comfort.

Requirements
