About the Role
As an RN Clinical Supervisor, you will serve as a vital bridge between direct patient care and team leadership. This role is designed for a compassionate nurse who thrives in a dynamic environment, combining the activities of hands-on patient care with the management of care plans from admission through discharge. You will direct staff nurses, LVNs, and CHHAs, ensuring the delivery of individualized plans of care while maintaining the highest standards of quality patient service.
In this position, you will spend your time conducting comprehensive patient assessments, developing care strategies, and mentoring the next generation of nursing professionals. You will be the voice of the patient and family, providing essential education on care needs and treatment plans, while also ensuring strict adherence to legal, compliance, and safety standards. Requirements
- verifiedBachelor's degree or higher in nursing or health related field
- verifiedCurrent registered nurse licensure in the state

- verifiedExperience with Electronic Medical Records (EMRs)
