The role is dedicated to managing patient care, record-keeping, budgeting, and personnel issues while upholding the highest standards of professional nursing. As a clinical expert, you will champion patient advocacy in strict accordance with the ANA Code of Ethics for Nurses, ensuring that safety and quality remain the top priorities for the team.
You will act as a bridge between clinical operations and organizational goals, assisting in the training and development of both new and existing staff. By staying engaged with the "workplace community," you will interpret changes in policy and data to drive Quality Improvement initiatives, representing the staff at relevant meetings and ensuring critical updates are communicated effectively back to the team.
This is a benefits-eligible position requiring 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
