We provide compassionate in-home care to former Nuclear Weapons Workers suffering from chronic and terminal illnesses resulting from their previous work environment. Our goal is to enhance clients' health, quality of life, and peace of mind through dedicated professional support.
About the Role
As an RN-Case Manager, you will conduct weekly in-home nursing visits for clients who have been exposed to toxic substances while working for the Government. These visits typically last 1-2 hours and involve physical assessments (including vitals), ensuring home safety with medical equipment and supplies, filling weekly medication planners, and overseeing skilled and non-skilled caregivers.
This role offers the unique opportunity to build one-on-one patient relationships while managing care plans. You will serve as a local on-site clinical resource, collaborating with regional directors and staffing coordinators to ensure client needs are met within the scope of practice. The position allows you to make your own schedule, providing the flexibility to attend school, travel, volunteer, or enjoy time with family and friends.

Requirements
- verifiedGraduate of a state approved school of professional registered nursing
- verifiedBSN preferred
- verifiedCurrent, unrestricted RN license in the state(s) of practice
- verifiedMinimum of two (2) years nursing experience including one (1) year in home care or closely related field
- verifiedOne (1) year of supervisory and/or case management experience preferred
- verifiedCurrent CPR certification
Nice to Have
BSN degree. One (1) year of supervisory and/or case management experience.
