This position is considered a leader in the provision of patient care, utilizing the Nursing Process within the framework of the Nurse Practice Act, the ANA Code for Nurses, and Scope & Standards of Practice. As a Registered Nurse, you will effectively delegate, direct, and assist licensed and ancillary team members while assuming accountability for quality patient outcomes. You will exhibit sensitivity to cultural, ethnic, and religious diversity in all interactions and maintain involvement in activities aimed toward achieving unit and departmental strategic goals. This role demonstrates professional responsibility and accountability for your own practice while supporting the company's philosophy of nursing.
