As a Registered Nurse (RN), you will be a vital partner in the care continuum, providing direct, high-quality patient care in an on-site setting. This role is designed for a detail-oriented professional who thrives in a dynamic environment. Your day will involve assessing patient needs, administering medications, and coordinating multidisciplinary care plans alongside physicians and support staff. Beyond clinical duties, you will serve as an educator, guiding patients and families through diagnoses, treatments, and follow-up care with clarity and compassion.
You will play a key role in maintaining rigorous safety and infection control standards while documenting accurately in our Electronic Health Records (EHR). Whether you are monitoring patient status, initiating interventions, or precepting new nurses, your critical thinking and collaboration will drive quality improvement initiatives and enhance the overall patient experience.
