Medical City Healthcare is dedicated to delivering compassionate, evidence-based care to our community. Our Healthcare & Medical Services department serves as the backbone of patient recovery, fostering an environment where clinical excellence meets human connection. We strive to create a supportive culture where every team member is empowered to grow, lead, and make a meaningful impact on patient lives.
As a Registered Nurse (RN), you will be the vital link in the care continuum, providing direct, high-quality patient care in an on-site setting. This role is designed for a detail-oriented professional who thrives in a collaborative environment. You will assess patients, administer medications, and coordinate multidisciplinary care, ensuring that every interaction is grounded in safety and empathy.
Your day will involve developing and evaluating individualized care plans, monitoring patient status, and initiating appropriate interventions when changes occur. Beyond clinical duties, you will play a key educational role, guiding patients and families through diagnoses, medications, and follow-up care. You will also have the opportunity to precept new nurses and support staff, contributing to the development of the next generation of healthcare professionals.
We believe that caring for our team is just as important as caring for our patients. In addition to competitive pay, we offer a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, and life insurance, along with a 401(k) plan. We are committed to your professional growth, providing ample opportunities for leadership development and participation in quality improvement initiatives.
Medical City Healthcare is an equal opportunity employer. We celebrate diversity and are committed to creating an inclusive environment for all employees and patients. We consider qualified applicants regardless of background, race, gender, age, religion, or disability status.
