This position serves as a vital link between nursing leadership and the bedside, ensuring the highest standards of patient care during the evening shift. You will work directly with nursing leadership to direct nursing service activities in the assigned care unit for the duration of one shift and/or in the absence of the Nurse Manager.
In this role, you will provide professional nursing care for patients in the assigned care unit while supporting nursing leadership in the coordination of patient care, personnel management, physician and interdisciplinary collaboration, and general administrative duties.
