About the Role
Touchstone Communities is seeking an RN Assistant Director of Nursing to support clinical leadership within our senior living and long-term care community. In this on-site role, you will serve as a vital partner to the Director of Nursing, helping to steer daily operations while fostering a compassionate, family-oriented culture.
You will be the bridge between clinical strategy and frontline execution, supervising and mentoring nursing staff to ensure the delivery of high-quality, resident-centered care. Your day will involve collaborating closely with families and interdisciplinary teams to champion infection control, safety, and quality improvement initiatives. By upholding strict regulatory compliance and contributing to staff education and onboarding, you will help maintain an environment where both residents and team members thrive.
