About the Role
Join MediLodge as a Charge Nurse and lead a resident-centered care team in our skilled nursing and rehabilitation center. In this pivotal role, you will coordinate and oversee nursing care on your unit, supervise and mentor staff, and ensure compliance with clinical and safety standards. You will collaborate closely with physicians, therapists, and families to support post-acute recovery and long-term care goals, while promoting dignity, respect, and a compassionate, team-focused environment for residents and coworkers.
